พบโลมาหัวบาตรเกยตายหาดสามร้อยยอด

ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 18 ม.ค.- น.ส.ประภัสสร รังสิโรจน์ ประธานชมรมรักษ์สามร้อยยอด อ.สามร้อยยอด จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เข้าตรวจซากโลมาหัวบาตรหลังเรียบขึ้นเกยหาดสามร้อยยอด หมู่ 4 ต.สามร้อยยอด เช้าวันนี้ (18 ม.ค.) เบื้องต้นสันนิษฐานว่าโลมามีอายุประมาณ 3-4 ปี ตายมาแล้ว 4 ชั่วโมง ขนาดตัวยาว 1.10 เมตร มีรอยบาดบาดแผลตามตัว รวมถึงบริเวณครีบขวาและที่แพนหาง ส่วนสาเหตุคาดว่าติดอวนของเรือประมงที่ออกหากินบริเวณอ่าวสามร้อยยอด ซึ่งประธานชมรมรักษ์สามร้อยยอดได้ประสานกับศูนย์วิจัยทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชาย ฝั่งอ่าวไทตอนกลาง กรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง ให้มาตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดอีกครั้ง

น.ส.ประภัสสร กล่าวว่า บริเวณอ่าวสามร้อยยอดมีโลมาหลายชนิดมาหาอาหารกินตามหน้าอ่าว เป็นโลมาประจำถิ่น จะมาครั้งละประมาณ 15-20 ตัว นักท่องเที่ยวจะพบเห็นบ่อยมาก สำหรับโลมาชนิดนี้เป็นสัตว์สงวนและปัจจุบันมีโลมาตายเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ เนื่องจากพลัดหลงฝูงเข้ามาในบริเวณน้ำตื้น และถูกอวนลากจากเรือประมง.-สำนักข่าวไทย

 

ขอเล่าประสบการณ์ให้ฟังบ้าง

เมื่อสองเดือนก่อน ชาวบ้าน ป่วยเป็นโรคมะเร็ง 3 คน (อยู่ในระแวกเดียวกัน)

คนแรกที่มีอาการ ก็นอนป่วยอยู่ ที่บ้านยังแปลกใจว่า มะเร็งเจ็บปวดมาก กินอะไรก็ไม่ได้ ทำไมไม่ไปโรงพยาบาล แต่เค้าจะเลือกที่นอนรอความตายมากกว่า พอได้สักสองอาทิตย์ ญาติก็รู้แล้วว่าคงอีกไม่นาน แล้วมีอยู่วันหนึ่งหมาหอนขึ้นมา ประมาณสองทุ่ม หอนแล้วส่งเสียงรับเป็นทอด หมาที่มันมาอาศัยที่้บ้่านก็หอน พ่อมาบอกให้มันหยุดมันก็ไม่หยุด ดังมาก แล้วไม่ยอมหยุด มันหอนรับกันเป็นทอดไปสักพัก ก็หยุดกันเอง

ต่อมาวันที่ีสอง เวลาเดียวกัน มันหอนแบบโหยหวนมาก พอวันรุ่งขึ้น มีคนมาบอกว่า คนที่ป่วยคนนั้นเสียชีวิตแล้ว

ครั้งแรกยังเอะใจ ว่าหมามันหอนอะไรหว่า เลยคิดว่ามันอาจเห็นอะไรสักอย่างทำให้หอน แต่ก็ไม่ได้เอะใจมาก

คนที่สองเริ่มป่วย แม่บอกว่า เนี่ยะถ้าหมาหอนอีก ก็อาจจะหมายความว่า... ทีนี้คืนแรกมันหอนอีก (ราวๆ สองทุ่มกว่าเหมือนเดิม) เริ่มจะสงสัยกันแล้ว เลยวันรุ่งขึ้นรีบไปเยี่ยม พออีกคืนหอนอีกเหมือนเดิม (ดังและโหยหวน และตอบรับกันดีมาก) พอวันที่สาม ผู้ป่วยรายที่สองก็เสียชีวิต

รายที่สามเมื่อไม่นานมานี้เอง ไปเยี่ยมแกอยู่หลายครั้ง แต่ก็คิดว่าแกคงอยู่ได้ไม่นาน ทีนี้อยู่ไปสักพัก หมาที่บ้านและหมาแถวๆ นั้นเริ่มหอน (สองทุ่มกว่า ดังมาก โหยหวนและบอกให้หยุดไม่หยุด) เลยคิดว่า เอาแน่แหล่ะ เลยรีบให้แม่ไปเยี่ยมแกอีกหน คืนที่สองหอนอีกแล้ว และเหมือนเดิม คือ หลังจากนั้น คนป่วยสิ้นชีวิต

ที่บ้านยังเอะใจมาก ว่าหมามันมีอะไรพิเศษ ว่าจะเอามาเล่าหลายหนแล้ว

แถมรายสุดท้าย วันที่เอากระดูกจากอีกวัดเข้ามาวัดข้า่งๆ บ้านคนที่ตาย เจ้าหมาทั้งหลายก็หอนอย่างโหยหวนอีกเช่นกัน

อยากรู้จังว่า ทำไมหมามันจะหอนก่อน 2 วัน ก่อนที่คนจะตาย แล้วหอนรับกันด้วย ดังมาก ห้ามก็ไม่หยุดเลย

พึ่งนึกออก คืนวันที่ 27 เช้า 28 มกราคม ฝันว่า

พ่อให้ให้ไปเจอที่ Eagle ในฝันก็งงๆ ว่าอยู่ตรงไหนหว่า ไม่เคยได้ยินมาก่อน
ทีนี้ขับรถไปเรื่อยๆ ไปเจอตรงมุมถนนใหญ่ มีแผ่นป้ายเขียนตัวใหญ่มากกว่า
"EAGLE"

ก็ไม่ได้เอะใจอะไร บอกว่า อ๋อเจอแล้ว eagle ที่บอก

ทีนี้เมื่อเช้ามาทำงาน ก็เห็นเมฆแผ่นดินไหวมาแต่เช้า ก็พยายามเก็บรูปไว้ ทีนี้
มองไปบนฟ้า เห็นนกตัวใหญ่บินเต็มไปหมด (เหยี่ยวหรือว่านกอินทรีย์นี่แหล่ะ)
กางปีกกว้างมากเลย แต่ก็ไม่ได้เอะใจอะไร แต่พยายามถ่ายรูปไว้หน่อย


ทีนี้ก็คือ ไปอ่านเรื่องสัญญาณเตือนแผ่นดินไหว บอกว่าพวกนกนี่ก็จะอพยพก่อน
24 ชั่วโมง เลยนึกไปถึงเจ้านกเมื่อเช้า กำลังจะเรียกนกว่า อะไรดี เลยคิด คำภาษาอังกฤษ มันคือ Eagle นั่นเอง (ซึ่งเมื่อคืนฝันพอดี)

The doctor called the shark attack "exceptional" and rare for Cancun and the Riviera Maya. "We've not had this kind of incident here previously," he said. News agency Notimex reported a previous shark attack near Cancun in 2008 that claimed the life of a local man who was swimming with his family.

Chironex fleckeri or the Box jellyfish, has been responsible for the deaths of an estimated 80 people in Australia in the past 100 years as well as causing painful stings and scarring to many. A constant threat in NT waters, it's something Jess Abrahams from the Australian Marine Conservation Society found out when he recently moved here from Alice Springs. "I went out paddle boarding and I came off and had an incredibly painful sting around my wrist and wrapped around it was a tentacle of what was I presume, Box jellyfish." He told 105.7 ABC Darwin's Julia Christensen. "Thankfully I had vinegar and ice on the shore but I've still got a bit of a scar and bit of swelling. It was a bit of a serious induction into NT waters." Dr Lisa Gershwin, Director of Australian Marine Stinger Advisory Services and also known as the Jellyfish Goddess, said that she had never seen such a large swarm. "They don't usually swarm in that number in such a small area so close together. "They respond to the same sort of cues so maybe the water smelt right or they were mating. There would've been some reason they were all there at the same time." With so many in the water Dr Gershwin was quick to point out the danger. "If you fell in there you would have zero chance of survival." "Each jellyfish when it's mature has 60 tentacles with stingers on each tentacle. Any jellyfish over 12cm will have a full compliment. "It takes one to two metres of a tentacle to kill a child in two minutes and it takes three to five metres to kill an adult." A child running into the water from the beach or an adult in the shallows while walking their dog could be easily caught by one stray tentacle.

Local residents initially reported about 30 whales were stranded and the number grew through the afternoon. About 100 department of conservation staff were working to keep the whales cool and hydrated in the afternoon sun, Grant said. The next high tide is due around midnight but it would be too dangerous to refloat the whales then and staff have wait until the morning again to carry out the rescue attempt. Grant said: 'It's something that has occurred reasonably often in Golden Bay with pilot whales, and just even the shape of the bay could mean they kind of get a bit caught with the spit coming round, so it could just be navigational error.' Pilot whales up to six metres long are the most common species of whale seen in New Zealand waters.

Situation: Hundreds of people were stung during an invasion of potentially deadly jellyfish. Lifeguards warned sightseers to stay away after reporting thousands of Portuguese Man O’War had washed up on 50 miles of America’s Florida coastline on Friday and Saturday. A spokesman for Ocean Rescue in Fort Lauderdale, where 471 people were stung in two days, said: “I’ve never seen this many, ever.” Last week, the state banned swimmers as tens of thousands of sharks gathered for their annual migration.

A health warning has been issued for Takapuna, Cheltenham, Narrow Neck and Red Beach after reports of people developing itchy and painful red rashes after swimming. The rashes were very likely caused by microscopic jellyfish, a statement from Auckland Regional Public Health Service said. It said the jellyfish, which are too small to be seen, get caught inside togs and sting covered skin areas once the swimmer gets out of the water. Medical Officer of Health Dr Simon Baker said the problem was likely to spread throughout the Hauraki Gulf amid warm summer weather. "The only sure-fire way of avoiding this rash is not to swim at affected beaches." Tactics for minimising the risk of jellyfish stings include not wearing baggy clothes in the water, removing togs and showering after swimming, said Dr Baker. If swimmers get a rash, cool clothing and calamine lotion may help, he said. "We know this is the time of year that people want to be at the beach. We just want people to have the information they need to make choices for their own and their families' good health." Little is known about the habits of microscopic jellyfish. Until 2008 the rash associated with their sting was thought to be caused by sea lice. However, sea lice tend to bite exposed areas of skin, whereas the jellyfish normally sting beneath togs.

Situation: Swimmers at popular Auckland beaches are being warned of the dangers of microscopic jellyfish. The Auckland Regional Public Health Service says swimmers at Takapuna, Cheltenham, Narrow Neck and Read beaches have reported rashes likely to have been caused by their stings. The jellyfish, which are too small to be seen, get caught inside togs and can cause a red, itchy and painful rash. The health service says little is known about the jellyfish and until 2008 the rashes were thought to have been caused by sea lice. Swimmers are also urged to take care at other Hauraki Gulf beaches.
