</TD></TR><TR><TD class=body vAlign=baseline align=left><TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 align=left border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top align=middle><TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=300 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=300> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD><TD width=5></TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top align=middle height=5></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> </STRONG>วันนี้ (21 ส.ค.) ที่แพทยสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ มีการสัมมาวิชาการโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ ปี 2550 เรื่อง “ไข้หวัดใหญ่ เรื่องใหญ่กว่าที่คิด” โดย ศ.เกียรติคุณ นพ.ประเสริฐ ทองเจริญ ประธานมูลนิธิส่งเสริมการศึกษาไข้หวัดใหญ่ กล่าวว่า ในช่วง 2-3 ปีที่ผ่านมา การระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดนก เป็นสัญญาเตือนภัยของการเกิดการระบาดใหญ่ของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ ซึ่งองค์การอนามัยโลก ระดับขั้นตอนการระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่มี 5 ขั้นตอน คือ การระบาดของไวรัสไข้หวัดใหญ่ในสัตว์ คือ H5N1 2 การะบาดจากสัตว์มาสู่คน 3 มีผู้ป่วยเพิ่มมากขึ้น และมีแนวโน้มในการติดต่อจากคนสู่คน 4 ไวรัสมีการกลายพันธุ์ต่อจากคนสู่คนเป็นวงกว้าง และ 5 เกิดการระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่รุนแรงทั่วโลก ซึ่งขณะนี้สถานการณ์การระบาดออยู่ในขั้นตอนที่ 2-3 ที่หน่วยงาน ประชาชน สามารถเตรียมการป้องกันล่วงหน้าได้

“หลายคนอาจคิดว่า โรคไข้หวัดใหญ่เป็นโรคที่รักษาง่าย เป็นโรคพื้นๆ จึงให้ความสำคัญน้อย ขณะที่ทั่วโลกตื่นกลัวกับไข้หวัดนกสายพันธุ์ใหม่ ที่อาจอุบัติขึ้นในโลกจากการกลายพันธุ์ของเชื้อไข้หวัดนก แม้ว่าตั้งแต่ต้นปีที่ผ่านมาจะยังไม่พบผู้ป่วยแม้แต่รายเดียว โดยประเทศไทยปลอดโรคไข้หวัดนกมาเป็นเวลา 1 ปี 1 เดือน แล้วซึ่งอาจเนื่องมากจากการควบคุมที่ได้ผล ประชาชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากขึ้น ฯลฯ แต่ก็นับว่าเป็นช่วงที่อันตรายมากที่คนจะเริ่มไม่สนใจ จนลืมให้ความสำคัญ ตรงกันข้ามที่เชื้อไข้หวัดนกยังคงพัฒนาการกลายพันธุ์เพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ” ศ.เกียรติคุณ นพ.ประเสริฐ กล่าว

ศ.เกียรติคุณ นพ.ประเสริฐ กล่าวต่อว่า ในปีนี้มีการตรวจพบเชื้อไข้หวัดนกในสัตว์ปีกน้อยลง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไก่ เป็ด หรือนกปากห่าง ที่ปกติสามารถตรวจหาเชื้อจากซากจะพบไข้หวัดนกเกือบ 100% แต่ที่น่าแปลกใจ คือ พบการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไข้หวัดนกในนกกระจิบ นกกระจอก และนกกะติ๊ดขี้หมู ในเมืองมากขึ้น การป้องกันคือประชาชนทั่วไปต้องระมัดระวังและหมั่นสังเกต หากพบสัตว์ปีกตายเป็นจำนวนมากผิดสังเกต ไม่ควรสัมผัสซากโดยตรง ควรสวมถุงมือป้องกัน และไม่ควรทิ้งซากในที่สาธารณะโดยเฉพาะแหล่งน้ำ เพราะจะยิ่งทำให้การแพร่ระบาดเพิ่มมากขึ้น

“ขณะนี้เรายังไม่ทราบถึงวงจรการเกิดโรคไข้หวัดนกที่ครบทั้งกระบวนการในธรรมชาติ จึงไม่รู้สาเหตุที่ชัดเจนของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งขณะนี้พบว่ามีการกลายพันธุ์ของเชื้อ H5N1 ในระดับไม่รุนแรงมาก โดยประเทศไทยมีผู้ป่วยต้องสงสัยติดเชื้อจากคนสู่คนแล้ว 1 ราย ที่ จ.พิษณุโลก แต่ยังเป็นการแพร่เชื้อจากการสัมผัสใกล้ชิดกับผู้ป่วย ขณะที่ประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างอินโดนีเซีย และเวียดนามก็มีการแพร่เชื้อจากคนสู่คนในกลุ่มเล็กๆ แล้ว ส่วนการกลายพันธุ์ที่เกิดขึ้นของเชื้อไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด A สายพันธุ์ H3 ก็มีการกลายพันธุ์เล็กน้อยไม่สามารถระบุได้ชัดเจนว่าเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้อาการไข้หวัดใหญ่รุนแรงถึงขั้นเสียชีวิต โดยมีจำนวนผิดปกติจากปีที่ผ่านมาซึ่งมีผู้ป่วยจำนวน 578 ราย เสียชีวิต 12 ราย ส่วนใหญ่มีโรคประจำตัวทำให้เกิดอาการแทรกซ้อนรุนแรงจนเสียชีวิต” ศ.นพ.ประเสริฐ กล่าว

ศ.เกียรติคุณ นพ.ประเสริฐ กล่าวอีกว่า ขณะนี้การพัฒนาวัคซีนป้องกันไข้หวัดนกยังไม่มีประเทศใดทำสำเร็จ คงอยู่ในระยะการทดลองในคนเท่านั้น ดังนั้น กรมควบคุมโรค มูลนิธิส่งเสริมการศึกษาไข้หวัดใหญ่ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ร่วมการจัดสัมมนา เรื่องไข้หวัดใหญ่ให้กับแพทย์ บุคลากรสาธารณสุขในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มหาวิทยาลัย หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ให้ทราบถึงสถานการณ์ความก้าวหน้า ทางด้านวิชาการ การวินิจฉัย การรักษาพยาบาล การป้องกัน ควบคุมโรคไข้หวัดนก และการจัดเตรียมแผนรับมือการระบาดใหญ่ของโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ เพื่อบรรเทาความรุนแรงของโรค โดยจะมีการจัดสัมมนาในจุดต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ ทั้งภาคกลาง ภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

ด้าน นพ.กิตติ กิตติอำพล รองอธิบดีกรมควบคุมโรค กล่าวว่า สถานการณ์โรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ในประเทศไทยในช่วง 6 เดือนแรกของปีนี้ พบผู้ป่วยไข้หวัดใหญ่แล้ว 7,194 ราย เป็นผู้ป่วยไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด A สายพันธุ์ H3 จำนวน 578 ราย เสียชีวิต 12 ราย และสายพันธุ์ H1จำนวน 34 ราย ไม่มีผู้เสียชีวิต และเชื้อไข้หวัดใหญ่ ชนิด บี จำนวน 6 ราย ไม่มีผู้เสียชีวิต โดยภายใต้มีผู้ป่วยมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นภาคกลาง เหนือ และตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตามลำดับ โดยสำนักพัฒนานโยบายสุขภาพระหว่างประเทศ และ Internation Emerging InFection Program ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย-สหรัฐอเมริกา ได้ประมาณต้นทุนทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ของการเจ็บป่วยไข้หวัดใหญ่ว่าจะมีความสูญเสียขั้นต่ำ 0.9-2.4 พันล้านบาท และหากเกิดการแพร่ระบาดใหญ่ จะสูญเสียเพิ่มเป็น 5-46 พันล้านบาท

“ในช่วง 3-4 ปีที่ผ่านมา มีโรคระบาดจากสัตว์สู่คนมากขึ้น ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้เชื้อโรคไข้หวัดมีความรุนแรงมากหากติดต่อจากคนสู่คนได้ จากลูกไก่ ก็จะกลายเป็นพญาอินทรี สธ.จึงผลักดันให้รัฐบาลทำยุทธศาสตร์ควบคุมโรคไข้หวัดนก ไข้หวัดใหญ่เป็นวาระแห่งชาติ ซึ่งครม.อนุมัติแล้ว และทางสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สคช.) อยู่ระหว่างการร่างแผนการดำเนินงาน กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 2 ปี คือ ปี 2551-2553 โดยมีกระทรวงมหาดไทย(มท.) เป็นเจ้าภาพหลัก และมีนายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นประธาน” นพ.กิตติ กล่าว

This Crop Circle appeared near Krapje at Ljutomer, Slovenia, 300 meters from where a Crop Circle appeared in 2006.

It was discovered on 13th of June. It is impossible to see it from the road. It has 77 meters in diameter.

On 14th of June three UFOs were observed and photographed over the site.

It is ordinary circle proximately 18 meters in diameter.

It is the biggest Slovenian formation so far measuring about 100 meters in diameter. The local police has no information but seems to have been called in to investigate (?)

June 7, 2007 Ptuj, Slovenia - Today I received an email from Omer Sabic in Slovenia, a country bordered by Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Italy. ​

</B>I'm a reader of the Earthfiles and I have my own 'alternative' blog. Recently, a person has come forward with some intriguing photos of a crop circle that has appeared on 2nd of June 07 on the outskirts of Ptuj, Slovenia. I believe I have not yet seen a photo of a circle with a bird nest full of eggs, unharmed, of course.

I think it is a special photo so I felt like I needed to show it to somebody with extensive knowledge and the first person I could think of is you.

The circle itself is 100 meters in diameter and the line connecting the two circles is oriented east-west. In one circle, the wheat is laid down clockwise and in the other it's the opposite, as my readers have reported. Horde (swarm) of curious (people) on a circled field of wheat ​

The crop circle discovered Friday in a wheat field in Lausanne heights has attracted crowds yesterday. It is the third phenomenon within one month in the canton. A journalist of the the agency new China was present. Starting tomorrow, Chalet-เ-Gobet will be famous in the "Empire du Milieu" (Empire of the Middle, Chinese Empire)

Is it a coup of the Lausanne tourist office? In any case, nothing works better to attract crowds in the middle of the summer than a well positioned "crop circle".
Take the path of Moille-Saugeon, at Chalet-ไ-Gobet (VD), yesterday afternoon. Following a "visit" during the night from Thursday to Friday, a previously boring Wheatfield was transformed into a tourist attraction, traversed by queues of curious (people).

Yang Jingde, chief correspondent of the news agency Xinhua (new China) - which covers nothing less than all the medias of the country - made no mistake. Photo camera on shoulder strap, he made the trip from Geneva to study the artwork, composed by four half-moons and thirteen circles.

This night, at 2 am Swiss time, the "Chinese Empire" will be inundated with images from Chalet-เ-Gobet. If one talks about extraterrestrials, Yang Jingde has a good laugh: "All this is artificial. I do not believe in little men who came from space". Yet, "The Chinese are very interested in this phenomenon", comments his spouse Jia Shaohua.

And they are not alone. Standing with bare feet on the squashed wheat, the Romands (Swiss-French) try to feel the vibrations and tremblings of the magic circle, according to the sayings. Some are smiling of pleasure facing the aesthetic geometry of the "artwork". "The one of Corcelles-pr่s-Payerne was also magnificent". assures Ga๋l Ravach, from Aclens (VD). For this 20 year old medical student, the crop circles are an "energetic phenomenon. Something natural we can not explain, as the lightning in the past."

As some only hesitantly whisper "E.T.", Robert Meyer, from Lausanne, tells it straight out. "It is a beautiful circle, absolutely perfect. I think that extraterrestrials made it. There are several ethnies, as the ethnies on Earth. They care for us." A dragonfly passes on the field.

Extraterrestrials? This hypothesis makes Josetter Favrat, who is about to prepare fruit preserves in her kitchen a few minutes away, absolutely furious. For the farmer, who is exploiting the terrain with her husband, the circle is the work of vandals, full stop. With ropes and boards, as imagined also by the numerous curious non believers on the field? Mystery. The couple has filed a complaint, however, the police inquiry has not yielded any results up to now. "In any case, it is made "tip top" (perfectly), concedes Andr้, Josette's spouse.

"Tip top", the artwork will not stay for a long time, in view of the visitors who trample the tufts which had remained upright. "I did not go and look. I was always taught that wheat is bread and one should not walk on it", states Josette. Yesterday, all day long, Madam was harassed by phone by the crop circle amateurs. "This turning religious. A Monsieur just called to tell me that it is a sign of life".

Natural, supernatural, human or religious, the phenomenon has the merit to excite the imaginations. And, as concludes a local inhabitant, picking up again his Mobylette: "Vandales? This is nothing. At Paris, the youngsters put cars on fire".

This beauty full crop circle which has been reported 7-7-7 is a new answer of the Celestial Hierarchy and the Assembly of the Light to my Gematria work that I have the pleasure to present here. The date my drawing (see below) was 12 January 2007.
With A=1,…Z=8 : DIEU (God) = 21 = 7 + 7 + 7 and HUMANITE (Humanity) = 37
I complete now with CHRISTUS = 36
They are 36 rays around the cube of the crop circle plus 1 for THE LOVE OF THE SOURCE = 37.
DIEU x HUMANITE (God x Humanity) = 21 x 37 = 777

NOMBRE DE L’AMOUR (Number of the Love)= 777
3 EST L’OR DE MARIA MAGDALENA = 777

I have discovered a beauty full result of gematria in writing the letters of the word ANTAHKARANA on each visible face of the cube. But the first letter A is the centre of the cube. It symbolizes the origin of All, l’AMOUR = THE LOVE like the letter ALEPH. This letter represents the Unity of All, The Source of All which is Love and Joy.

In the crop circle of Toot Balden 7-7-7 the central hexagon of my drawing is now external and the the golden rays of the letter A are represented outside the cube. Two new crop pictures appeared on July 7 at East Field and Fiddler's Lane. The first at Fiddler's Lane suggests a "dislocation" of some kind, while the second at East Field suggests a "date".

East Field seems to show a lunar phase calendar for the summer of 2007, extending from May 15 to September 15. If so, then each "really large ball" in that picture would represent a full Moon, while many other "small balls" would indicate other phases of the Moon (new or half) which are less fractionally illuminated within any 29-day period.

The first full Moon on the far end of East Field (largest central ball, spanning two tramlines) could plausibly represent a calendar date of June 1, earlier this summer when our Moon was full. It lies at the centre of 29 contiguous balls in an arc-like series, representing one lunar cycle of 29.5 days from May 15 to June 15.

The second full Moon on the other end of East Field (next largest central ball, spanning one and one-half tramlines) could represent June 30, only a week ago when our Moon was again full. It lies at the centre of 29 more contiguous balls in an arc-like series, representing a second complete lunar cycle of 29.5 days from June 15 to July 15.

The third full Moon at East Field (a slightly smaller "upside-down" central ball, spanning only one tramline) could represent a date of July 30, as the next full Moon at the end of this month. It lies at the centre of 17 contiguous balls in an arc-like series, which might be the number of days within this third cycle (July 15 to August 14) when our Moon will be visible above the horizon.

Another small, isolated, round ball lies inside of that third inverted arc. It could plausibly be meant to signify "the last full Moon in a series of four".

There is no "fourth full Moon" at East Field, but only a small "partial arc" close to the centre of that crop picture. It could easily have been drawn as continuing onward to a fourth full Moon on August 28, then to the end of a fourth lunar cycle on September 13. Instead, that fourth lunar cycle ends precipitously after just six small balls or days, sometime around August 14 to 22.
